Thankyou to everyone for the support and help in smoothing things over when occasionally needed I appreciate it.
November was very very slow. it was more than made up for in the first week of Dec. and the second week. I am buried now, and have multiple orders of several of the same parts...

yeah man look at where the pivot is, that is all pull on that, no leverage at all. plus look how far your finger has to reach to get it. the best throttle ever is the rebuildable and angle adjustable one from tbm, riva is also selling them(repackaged for riva). they are smooth and by tilting...
first set of holds is done, and swap threw me a few curveballs and now I have some more work to do. He came up with a killer idea that I can add to these with no trouble. he also pointed out that it might be a good idea to make the footholds available open in the back so you could kick...
im interested also, as I have lost a few pcs over the years and once the camcorder with like 3gb died and I had not backed up the more recent stuff. I hate not being tech savvy.
I would only use this stuff for making the shape you want, pulling that off to use for a mold and then making a part you could install and glass in. or use the mold to layup your part from inside the ski. I would not want to leave the bondo or mud as part of the ski. the flotation foam for...
2lb flotation foam is way easy to shape but is really messy. nothing an airhose cant clean up though. you can use all the normal wood or body working tools on it. in the end if you want a really smooth surface you will have to use bondo, or thickened resin, or even drywall mud to get a smooth...
this is a pretty good vid

edit- sorry rollin posted a very good tutorial earlier. note how he had all those pleats and whether it was planned or not he also had a leak. its not always that easy to find and fix those. and they can develop at any time too. not...
bagging and infusion are basically the same process as far as the setup. bagging you wet layup and then install the peelply, bleeder and bag with vac attachment while your part is slowly starting to cure. this is a problem if you are slow laying up and or you screw up while taping the bag or...
In other news, Swapmeet and I have been hammering out a deal. He was the first to ask and he will be getting the first set of adjustable holds to test and at the conclusion hopefully have some install pics and share his opinions.
that is like a pros work right there. will you be leaving that plastic bilge outlet? I would be happy to send you a black or clear one if you promise to replace that thing lol.
otherwise I would bet my left nut that thing is absolutely stunning in person.
