BEST IMPELLER for a 1995 Yamaha FX-1 61x 701 engine with a single SBN44 carb with the original Factory Pipe made for the FX-1 ?

Completely stock. I think you'd have a pretty tough time repitching the OEM prop as compared to a Skat. Big difference in blade thickness.

BEST IMPELLER for a 1995 Yamaha FX-1 61x 701 engine with a single SBN44 carb with the original Factory Pipe made for the FX-1 ?

Yes sir, stock SXR 800, set back 3mm. I tried a bunch of different props, solas and skats, whatever the flavor of the day was at the time (concords , skat swirls, different hub sizes) and pretty much always came back to the stocker SXR. Worked best for all around riding, surf , ripping across...

BEST IMPELLER for a 1995 Yamaha FX-1 61x 701 engine with a single SBN44 carb with the original Factory Pipe made for the FX-1 ?

The pics I posted are of the 650/X2 pump conversion. The green is what you’ll be grinding to make it fit. While you can do it without cutting open the tray , it’s usually best to open the tray, replace the water logged foam, the rotted water lines etc. , and build up the thickness of the pump...

    Chev Ford RAM

According to my salesman orders for ‘22’s had to be in by 5/13/22, kind of pushed us to get it done. He said if I ordered a 250 or a 350 I probably wouldn’t get it, to be honest, I’m glad we went 150, rides like a car. If/when you can order, definitely go V8, and, Ford now offers NO auto...

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

Want to get some opinions on this. I did have bad dome rings and since replacing the boat is running great. The front and rear plugs still look different though. Is this normal? The rear plug always looks wet, like an oily wet, not a water wet. I do have rear mix screws turned in more than...

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

Figured it out. Hard to see in pics , bad orings, 40 gallons run time. Replaced them , returned High & Low screws to where they were when motor was zero time. Boat rips again, will run upside down, can reboard after rolling upright CLOCKWISE without having to restart. Can pull me up from laying...

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

Yeah definitely gonna have to do some checking. I did flop it good a couple of times, just strange how it progressed from an intermittent to a constant. I did the quick and dirty stuff at the river, changed plugs, confirmed both low and high screw positions. I actually put them back to what the...

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

Not really . Hot air 90+/- , 70 water. Ran fine previously in these conditions. And I run the pipe dry, no spray bar. And I did roll the boat clock wise . I also purposely inverted the boat in shallow water to see how much water would enter , held it that way 1 min, righted boat, had maybe an...

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

Yes , full length RRP hose thru ATP pole bracket, maybe 3” up into pole tubes, the other end makes it down the rocker to my tank. Coupler cover installed. After today I now think something else is going on. Without flopping or dipping boat first 1/4- 1/3 throttle is blubbery, after that cleans...

The scary part is I’m riding lone wolf, in a river, with tides and a scupper. Never was much of a picture taker. What’s the setup, like GoPro on a tripod? I gotta get something so if I pull off I have vid, because I know, without vid it didn’t happen.

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

I purposefully built this boat for “learning“ flips and one of the reasons I bought this particular hull was that it had no hoses installed in the hood liner. Yes, mikesx , poster of the Are Pole Breathers Enough thread is only running pole breathers, ran all the down to the tank. I did use the...

I'm definitely going to try the clockwise rotation righting of the boat, should be upside down in the water by midday tomorrow.

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

Yes , ski pulled over onto left side, carb side high, pole parallel to and in water , right foot in right foothold, bars cranked full right, back of ski would go down into water and would just pull me up. Since the inverted landings started, I have to have boat level for it to even start...

Beginner Backflips, is this Normal ?

As far as reboarding, my preferred method was exhaust side low, right foot kicked into right foothold, crank bars full right, and punch it, ski would come right up. That was before I started ending up completely inverted. Now I pretty much have to get the boat level, crank it and go on over the...
