Since you plan on doing the pump swap in your fx1, make sure you budget enough time for it. I am currently glassing in the Tom21 144 mold into my fx1. Since I am still working on it, I cannot attest to how much it helps. What I can attest to is that it takes quite a bit of time and money to...
Do you like the way the 550 rides? If so, you might want to consider an fx1. They're lightweight like the 550 with obviously alot more power with a stock 701. Just a thought. Everyone will tell you to buy a superjet. So buy an fx1 :biggthumpup:
Anybody know the parts number on the two bearings in the stator section of the pump? Not the long oem parts number, just the 4 digit number located on the bearings. Thanks
I'm liking the cold fusion goodies man! Looks great. How difficult was it installing the carbon over the bottom of the hull, especially over the motor mount areas? Contemplating doing the same in my fx1. Yours turned out great! Any tips?
