When we were racing Superstock (stock cranks) we would ensure our piston assembly (85.5mm) weighed as close to oem assembly as possible. Never knew If it helped at 7800 rpm but it was piece of mind.

Exhaust port 36.7mm 187 degrees
Transfer pet 54.3mm 121 degrees

Transfer bottoms raised up and all larger than oem
Sleeve diameter at bottom 89.5mm (86.5 ok)...
Wiseco use to make 90mm pistons for this. They were custom. Back in mid 00’s many guys had gp1500’s. I had at least 5 or those pistons.

also look at Polaris large bore sled pistons. the sledshop? Carl’s cycle too
Blaster stock pump shoes are different than superjets. They are longer. Most that break replace with superjet pump shoe. The back of a superjet grate won’t fit a blaster shoe and hence the front doesn’t line up either.
