Cylinder 114.5mm
Exhaust port 36.7mm 187 degrees
Transfer pet 54.3mm 121 degrees
Exhaust port width 56.5mm
Transfer bottoms raised up and all larger than oem
Sleeve diameter at bottom 89.5mm (86.5 ok) main sleeve diameter 91mm
All fasteners have timeserts
serious free ride or surf setup - this is NOT race only port timing.
RD85.5mm dominator flat top pistons in excellent shape. Need rings

bought for a vintage square race build I was going to do but never got the SN Needs cleaning and setup for your build

comes with .060” new base gasket
.187” aluminum spacer plate if you wanted to use round top oem style pistons.

in the day this was major $$. Sleeves alone are worth couple bucks

I’ll let others chime in that own newer aftermarket cylinders:

here is what I know and seen:
Some dudes (few pros I know) use race port timing
Some dudes use oem timing just wider ports
Most of have no clue what they have it’s usually just similar to oem but wider
These timing specs are about same as oem gp760 but way wider/bigger ports

this is not for someone to slap on and think they have a $1500-$2000 serious setup for $300. Requires knowledge and right combo of parts.
