New theory: the broken piece on my powervalve blade is causing it to bind by not keeping it in perfect alignment with the channel. That's why the valves barely move. See where it is rubbing on the opposite side? I'm going to try again with ET and see if i can get some more.

Borrow one and make a mold as a last resort.

My valve pull up easily as well but dont really move much when its running. I haven't rode Eddie's since last year so it's hard to say.

Stanley do your valves open while you are brapping it to clear out your waterbox? Are you using the springs that came with it or did you make modifications?

Are the factory specs from Mikuni that varied? I would have expected each to have the same restriction value from the factory.

Does anyone know what springs come with the et967 and where to source replacements with different tension besides through Art? Why?

I haven't heard of anyone running a return restrictor on regular mikuni carbs. I'd love to hear if anyone is and their results.
