I put flex seal tape around the seam on the side and silicone caulking around terminals and use it up high on limitedslip tank. Mine have been bulletproof. First one lasted 3 years and only died because I shorted it out and melted it.

For the record I still run this in surf and would never sell it. Bulletproof.

My setup seems rock solid now. Different powerband than my snappy 5 mil 876 I was running before but a tank of gas lasts about 1:15 when i used to get 45 minutes on old setup.
