Thinking of putting a oem 155 pump in a carbon circus with a jetmaniac 727. Any suggestions on skat prop pitch?

I'm actually thinking of sticking a tbm pumpstuffer in a complete oem 155 pump assembly from a gp1200 and matching it up with a big bore 760 in surf orented aftermarket hull like a aquabot v2. If its even possible to get a prop pitched that shallow enough, the question is what prop and what pitch?

I have a temperature sticker on my motor from Paul Lehr and he says 160 degrees plus or minus 10 degrees is optimal. I could imagine that would put the pisser water temperature around 120.
