I have a battery tender 480cca lithium battery I have ran for a few years on total loss with no issues ever. Last ride it was on a newly setup tl system and somehow was shorting into the mounting bolt on my carbon hull. It charred the hull and drained to the point of not starting the ski which...
I think I have a very small crack in my chamber due to exhaust residue on my pipe. I've been having problems with off idle bog that I thought was a carb issue but couldn't tune it out. Possibly a symptom of a cracked pipe?
Complete system that is ready for you to attach your battery cables, align the arrow on the pickup plate with the stator alignment mark on your cases ( if standard stroke engine) and ride. If you are putting it on a stroke motor I can help you set it up on that as well. It has weatherpak...
Anyone running a superbore out there? What prop for 144 or 148 and how heavy is your hull? This will be going in a carbon Superfreak.
While we are at it help me out with carbs and jetting too.
I've been trying to contact Art with no luck.
Sold my ski. Get a call later saying ski won't shut off. He started it out of water to blow out exhaust but then stop button wouldn't work. He pulled one plug wire but was getting shocked so he didn't get the other. He called me and I said back trailer down to water. That worked. He said it was...

Poured about three gallons of old gas in my truck to get rid of it from my mother in laws garage. Stupid, stupid mistake. I spilled some afterwards while moving cans around and noticed that what spilled out was about half gas and half water.
How screwed am I? What would you do?
I have always used silicone but I'm sick of cleaning it off with every pump/prop change and I'm not sure it's necessary.
I know yamaha says to put the seal on dry but for some reason that doesn't sit well with me.
I'm considering using a little grease instead of silicone.
Post up what you do...
Fit in my superfreak circus so I would expect it to fit mostly anything. I can sell the battery box/rrp box holder if you want it for $25 more to cover shipping. It will not include the actual rrp enclosure or the battery strap and hooks as I used them for another project.
It really balanced...
I can't figure an easy way to adjust the driveshaft to the left when using a cold fusion alignment tool. I figured I should throw out a lifeline before I start over complicating it and do something I regret like start from scratch with a new pump shoe or hog out my pump bolt holes.
I've got...
I have a -9 Titan at the moment that I will be using mostly for freeride with the occasional lake day thrown in. I decided that I wanted the hull longer for surf but I didn't want to have to redo the entire rear section of the ski and that it would be nice to switch the length by changing the...
Brand new oem steering cable. Broke end off with 5 threads left and bent it a little loading it up immediately after installing it. I can cut some some threads on it and extend it to use it but it is ever so slightly bent and binding a little. Anyone know some tricks?
Beat up -4 fiberglass Titan
My 12 year old is going to do as much of the labor as possible. It's time the boy learned. He sees it as his ski, and it is, but it's also my backup ski, my wife's ski, and a loaner ski for any buddy that may go ride with me that needs one.
This is day one. Junior...
I bought this thinking i would put two skis on it soon, but i only have 12 inches on either side to the end of the fenders and another ski is around 30 inches. That means with two skis they will be hanging past the tires on the sides. That seems pretty sketch to me.
Opinions? Photos of some...
