I haven't lately but when i dropped the motor in it was 195psi even per hole.

I tried 18, i tried 27, and 32 for popoff. And i accidentally ran it at 50psi on sunday which it had no midrange obviously. And it its quiting or sputtering out, i could literally hold it at like 2500rpm while it shakes like a paint shaker and it keeps going.

It was rough last year without a doubt, but its much worse this year.

Just tested all the values I could on my stator. Got 2.5volts on the pulse coil, 35volts on the charge coil. Didn't bother checking the lighting coil. Resistances all seemed within Yamaha specs. So out of curiosity I've read the pulse coil should be 4-5volts, is this true? Is my issue a...

Well i ordered a new Yamasaki coil and bendix from JetManiac and Im setting my timing back to stock from the current 2 degree advance. Hopefully these changes solve my rattling and my idle issues. Contemplating picking up a set of blackjacks and getting rid of these damn OEM 44's.
