Not sure. I haven't seen the ski in person yet...here is a pic of the motor. I am not real knowledgeable about these. Could be a nice ride for my wife or kids to learn on though in the future.
According to the owner it ran when they put it away. I hope with a new battery I can get it to run. I figure it will fill the extra spot on our trailer for now and if it runs we can invite another rider along. Not gonna pull anyones arms off, but maybe we hook a new person to the world of...
I ran across these people that have a kawi 550 sitting in their basement. I can pick it up for $100. It looks like it has custom paint but I have no idea the condition of it but the guy claims it ran not too long ago. Is there anyone who really rides these anymore? Just looking for opinions I...
Well said Schmidty. I tell my wife all the time that taking the ski or the muscle car out in my free time is MUCH better then wanting to hang out in the bar or strip club so she should be happy!!
I bought a used RIVA wet pipe from a member on here for around $370 and it was mint. Made a huge difference from the stock setup. It was a b**ch to put on without pulling the motor but well worth it. Keep looking and something decent will pop up. Im going to save getting the B-pipe until I...

I know there are many threads on this, but wanted some opinions about my setup...

Great Video!! Reminds me of my house. I have a 4 year old girl and twin 16mo old girls. No wonder why it has taken me 3 months to only get half way done with my foothold install, lol!! For those of you with some little ones on the way I have one piece of advice...get all projects done ASAP!!!
I got the ADA Head torqued down, Jetinetics flywheel on, gas tank back in and footholds cut in. It is coming along pretty good.
Is it pretty normal for the footholds to not sit completely flat along the hull surface especially in the back of the hull where it kicks up a bit? I assume it...
I forgot to take pics, but I got the head changed, the flywheel changed (luckily it came off super easy), and got one foothold hole cut. Just wanted to write what tools I used in case someone is a first time foothold insataller like me. I used a Black and Decker multi tool with the scraper...
