Super Jet Primer not working after re-install

I took the primer lines ot when I re-turfed the tray and put it back together the same way after I was done. Now there is no pressure in the primer lines when pumping it. How do I get the fuel/pressure back in the lines now? It worked perfect before I took it apart and all I did was unconnect the two lines so I could take the primer pump out of the tray dash.

Did you hook up the lines the correct way? The straight fitting shoots to the carbs, the side fitting sucks the fuel in.

I only disconnected the 2 line that went to the dash...and re hooked it up the same way

If you can start the ski without primer, then pump the primer while it is running because the fuel flow helps feed the line and prime the pump...sometimes this helps/works.

I just had the same issue about a week ago, although my pump was also dirt, I took it into my bathroom, filled sink up held it under and pump it a bunch. which cleaned it out. reinstalled then the trick is to get fuel into the primer lines before putting them into the pump. if there is no fluid hitting the pump it just wont work. Also when you push it in, do it really fast, untill fluid gets into it this help trigger the directional valve in it.
Just play with is a bit, it will work eventually.

Crank the ski over a couple times, this helps prime the lines as well. As mentioned above it may be clogged or dirty. A new one is only 10 bucks...no biggie there.

is there any fuel in the gas lines? if there is and all of the hoses are connected properly, try a new primer pump
