So I take this to be two separate systems where you operate one or the other, not a true four plug system that fires both plugs at the same time, or better yet, a few degrees apart. I assume Lee's setup is firing both plugs in each cylinder at the same time or a couple degrees apart.

Dasa may not have used the correct angle counter sunk bit for the bolt. Take the bolt out, the cap and bolt, put some sealant on the bolt head, and put it back on.
