Provided your crank isn't twisted, I do believe I've heard of the pickups not being perfectly 180 degrees apart. You may have to wallow the holes on them a little. Maybe 1 degree's worth for each pickup to puch them to where they need to be.

It's been a broken B-Pipe week at the PFM shop... Head pipe fixed. Welded up bolt holes on two manifolds and drilled fresh holes with heli coils. Ready for action again!
Just make friends with an Amsoil dealer. I just bought 12 quart cases of Interceptor from my guy for $99 each, including his freight and tax. Same I'd pay if I was a preferred member, without the annual fee.
Both pump lines to the exhaust manifold. One cylinder to the bottom of head pipe. Top of head pipe T'ed to stinger and pisser, other cylinder to the second pisser.
I'm not quite fond of your routing either, but understand you don't want to change it, so I have a couple simple things you might try...
- The hoses on either side of the Flow Control Valve: switch them so the valve is closer to the chamber for more accurate water delivery.
- A Y would be better...
