No. That would skew your alignment by trying to center everything against the will of the mounts.
Align with no dampener, then install dampener, keeping track of which shims go on each mount.

Those spacers defeat the intended purpose of those large holes. They may be good for aligning your mounts to drill the holes for them, but take them out for final engine alignment and install. The big holes allow the engine to self center some before you tighten the bolts down.

Just to add to this, I do balance all my flywheels. One of my customers just reported that he had the RAD flywheel I fixed for him digitally check for balance and roundness, and he said it was "perfect"...
You can put as many pissers on as you want. It won't necessarily help or hurt you though... Some of these engine have 4 fittings on the head and people feel compelled to use all of them...
He also stated wanting to upgrade to a larger engine later.

I wouldn't recommend getting a donor. Most of the stuff you want is aftermarket. No sense buying a whole ski just to get electronics, hood latch, gas tank straps and hooks, etc...
Don't get the X Metal pole. The pole bracket is your only place air can get in for the engine and those tubes are small. Just get a RRP style pole, like the Krash.
