The blind leading the blind FootRocket build

No. That would skew your alignment by trying to center everything against the will of the mounts. Align with no dampener, then install dampener, keeping track of which shims go on each mount. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The blind leading the blind FootRocket build

Those spacers defeat the intended purpose of those large holes. They may be good for aligning your mounts to drill the holes for them, but take them out for final engine alignment and install. The big holes allow the engine to self center some before you tighten the bolts down. Sent from my...

    Light weight fly wheel

Just to add to this, I do balance all my flywheels. One of my customers just reported that he had the RAD flywheel I fixed for him digitally check for balance and roundness, and he said it was "perfect"...

    Carbon Foot Rocket build

I wouldn't recommend getting a donor. Most of the stuff you want is aftermarket. No sense buying a whole ski just to get electronics, hood latch, gas tank straps and hooks, etc...

Don't get the X Metal pole. The pole bracket is your only place air can get in for the engine and those tubes are small. Just get a RRP style pole, like the Krash.

    Why don't I ever see dyno's?

I don't think Erik has any intentions of a triple yamaha cylinder, but maybe you could build a triple Polaris with these cylinders... http://thecrankshopvt.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_23&products_id=404 Same casting EME and Power Factor use and pretty similar to Erik's...
