Oily leakage from one DASA power valve

Is this normal...it only happens on the one valve....engine has 25 hours on it....both valves appear to operate normally

Dasa may not have used the correct angle counter sunk bit for the bolt. Take the bolt out, the cap and bolt, put some sealant on the bolt head, and put it back on.
