Do you have a short turn plate? If not it could be interesting. But If you want to go shorter again I think I would take the pole off and take the time to do a real clean and good job.
This is the one I buy at Wallmart. Same size of a 800 or 600 gph exept the outlet. I will run this 1100 by the driveshaft and a 600 between the engine and the fuel tank...

My engine comp was painted by the guy who painted all my hull... some marine paint with clear coat. Really nice and this will never peel off and really easy to clean up.
As I said .. I dont want to enlarge my ports size ... just make the port equal with the sleeve... no big deal to know a lot on port timming .. just like if you resleeve your cylinders you need to match port ...but a dramel with a flex shaft is a good idea or with a right angle head... thanks guys
Do someone can tell me about the best way to match my 61x cylinder intake port with the sleeve. I did the exhaust cuz there are a lot more space to work and I dont want to go bigger or enlarge my port just make it smooth and equal between sleeve and cylinders... you know how stock 61x cyl port...
thanks all I will go for wiseco I think ... I already rebuild my last blaster with them and nerver had problems in 4 years untill I sold it... Only one guy I know said to me he had a bad experience with wiseco but it was in a dirt bike ...
I want to refresh my top end to 82 mm and I was asking myself what are the best performance/reliable piston I can put in my engine? I would use Yamaha ones but they just make .25 and .50 oversize.
