So... with amazing help from Vanessa Oishi, we now have a logo. We're gonna do a blue and grey shirt (haven't decided which grey shirt color layout yet). Shirts will be good quality triblend material, not the usual 100% cotton shirts, which don't fit well.
Our cost on these shirts are $10...
Cool... are they metal or some other material? Also, are they the appropriate length or do you have to cut/grind them down shorter?

Have the opportunity to buy this used Pro-Tec 760 exhaust manifold which of course uses M10 bolts. I haven't yet picked a motor for this Blaster build (I have both a 701 61x cylinder or 760 62t cylinder I could use).
If I go with 701 61x, Pro-Tec offers some kind of hybrid M10-M8 bolt to...
If you haven't done business with Alex @speedysprocket you should change that. I've done business with Alex at least three times and his prices are very reasonable and he's incredibly responsive to PMs on here. Also, wicked fast shipping and provides tracking information without having to ask...
Just sent three 61x (non trim style) nozzles to Alex @speedysprocket to have bored and looking for suggestions on bore size. I've never had a nozzle bored before and I'll probably put these on my two Blasters and one on a round nose SJ I started cutting up quite some time ago and just haven't...
Presque Isle - Lake Erie Freeride made the most recent issue of Pro Rider Magazine. Super cool and things are looking up for a really fun weekend.

Question for the Blaster guys. I have a Pro-Tec Blaster pipe which has mounting point designed for a stock head (see pic).
I was gonna swap the stock motor with an HPE 819 I have, which has an ADA girdled head. How would you go ahead with securing that top mount?
Or can you somehow do a B-...
Will do on the digits and feel free to take the Phantom out for a spin as well. It's a super fun ski and ridiculously stable. Also finishing up a carbon TigerCraft SV-1 which I'll have at the ride also. It's rare in July, but maybe we'll get lucky and have some nice Lake Erie surf that...
Scott, thanks for the update on camping prices. I just finished reading your Hammer build thread, I can't believe I never saw it on here before. Eager to meet you and lay my eyes on your sub 200Lbs ski.
When do you you and your crew plan on arriving in Erie? I can PM you my cell digits and...
I was just wondering if the outer edge of a 84mm piston would come into contact with the narrower 81mm dome of a 61x head.
On that note, does anyone reshape standard head domes or is that only done with removable domes like ADA?

Silly question.
64x - 760 piston is 84mm and a 61x - 701 is 81mm
Wouldn't the squish area be all messed up because of the 3mm smaller head dome diameter of a 61x - 701 head and a 64x -760 piston?

@speedysprocket "Alex" of PFM Industries has helped me before by welding the end of a handle pole. Wonder if he can work some magic on this exhaust manifold.
First thing... if you ever snap off a brass plug trying to remove it from a Pro-Tec exhaust manifold, DON'T try to use an EZ out to remove it. Else this will probably happen to you as well.
Ultimately I got it out by drilling it out (what I should have done from the beginning). So...
Hypothetical question. If one had a 61x cylinder with SUPER rusty and crusty sleeves which make you nervous about baking them out. Would an ultrasonic bath knock the significant amount of rust off the outside of the sleeves and allow them to be baked out more easily?
