No the nozzles are the same 144 to 148. I have had both and i noticed the 148 more than i did the 144. Get hold of jetmaniac he can answer all ur pump questions.

Everthing i mentioned in my post has been tried and tested in my personal ski with our motors. I have ridden surf with a 4mil stroker 900cc with 148 pump and yes power is great but it just wasn't needed. For a pro like Brandon competing its great but for your average guy not so much. I get just...
@McDog had a 155 in his circus with one of my 727 and i loved it. Matter fact i think he still has the prop forsale.

If you can then go with a 148 pump not a 144. If you want to make the ski move then move more water. If a 155 would fit even better.
Next for flat water would be total loss, bigger carbs, and more compression which means at least 50/50 mix of race gas. I would do at least dual 46mm mikuni carbs...
If you buy some 46s the jetting i sent you works good. I also used it on a php 898 with very little adjustments. Good luck.

What type of riding do you prefer as that will help determine where to spend your money.
Flat water??
Surf??
Boat chasing??
Remember everything is a give and take. If you surf ride huge power is not necessary. If you flat water ride and flip then things like big carbs and total loss are great...
If your trying to run oem 44s off of a couch it will probably never be right. Hopefully you have aftermarket carbs??

On my 850 i ran dual 46 with the following specs.
2.3 needle and seat
110 main
120 pilot
It was pretty much dead on.

Exhaust is way to high. Stoch 760 is usually around 38mm. I would just replace the cylinder. 62t are cheap enough.

I ran a php 898 with 46 carbs pfp 148 pump with a 10/16 it was dead on. The 13/18 is to big for a 865 with pfp. Try the 10/16 it will let it rev faster to get on the pipe.

Yes i think there $200 ish with a core. Same crank we use in our motors. Pm @JetManiac for exact pricing. He keeps a bunch in stock.

If you like contact @JetManiac we can install a fresh set of used take out sleeves and port them to match your cylinder then bore them from 82mm to 84mm with new pistons. Your cases dont need bored unless ur installing a big bore sleeve.

I agree. It looks to me that the one plugs not firing all the time. This is usually caused by bad coil wires and boots.

Thanks guys. Im glad ur motors are rippin hard. As for pipes either is fine. Bpipe works great and so does the pfp. I have ran both and was very impressed.

Possibly its a 760 cylinder some one swapped out?? 84.5mm is max on a 61x cyl and thats paper thin but i have seen it done. Not by me though. Sleeves sometimes drop causing the ADA head orings to blow out. But try a different guage before taking it apart just to be sure.
