    Build or Blowup? JS550

Here is what I know for sure , the stock starters on those are junk , they never worked well and slow starting was normal, it will run better with a 44 carb but you will need an intake manifold anyway so go with one that will fit an SBN carb , the old BN 44 carbs are not worth the hassle . You...

    Worth a read

Yes a couple of guys in our group were just like that , ridiculous amounts of money in their skis , then poof all gone , I have been in it long enough to see it happen at least three times now , with three different riding groups , of course they all of them lost their a$$ when they cashed out...

    Worth a read

I was talking to a good friend and customer the other day who used to race Jet skis and we got on the topic of what the sports costs now, I saw great similarities to the freestyle side of it as well , guys spending $20,000 on one off fuel injection systems for their race skis, $30,000 and...

WTB 66e GP800 Laydown pipe & standup intake manifold

I have been into a slew of 800's and 1200's but usually just top end repairs , I think I may have built one complete 800 and one 1200 over the years , I guess I am about to make up for all of that this year lol.

WTB 66e GP800 Laydown pipe & standup intake manifold

I always wanted to do an 800 with two GP1300 NPV cylinders to se how it would run.

Wanted: original old school blowsion tubby 1 set

That would make the most sense since it could have just been added to the tubbie 1 molds .

Wanted: original old school blowsion tubby 1 set

I had to blow up that photo abput 200% to see it , there also looks to be some differences on the trailing edge, the Tubbie 1 looks to come to more of a point whereas the Tubbie2 flattens out more at the rear.

Yes but they also produced manifolds that were used with this pipe , it's the couch pipe like you are looking for , VXR , WRlll .

    TPE engines backstory

This industry was and is built on people taking others ideas for their own use , it's nothing new and it won't stop anytime soon , I am glad to see these engines out in the market and in peoples skis, regardless of the backstory , history etc etc . At least some people like Art at Jetworks have...

    Other 1989 WaveJammer (I need a program)

That Protec pipe on mine fits in there with no mods to the hood or anything , just letting you know. Othere than some fiddling with exhaust tubing the only issue I remember was fabbing up a bracket to hold the e-box.

    TPE engines backstory

I will probably never own on , at this point my riding skills are what they are and my wallet won't allow it , I am way more interested in the technical aspects of the cylinder personally , if that makes any sense to you.

    Other 1989 WaveJammer (I need a program)

All 38 Mikuni's have the exact same base pattern all the way back to the BN carbs , so yes it will defiantly fit , Seadoo used a weird side pull choke and they mounted the cable mount for the choke and the throttle on the flame arrestor top cover , that is why the choke won't hook up and work...

    Other 1989 WaveJammer (I need a program)

If you do by some weird happenstance decide to put the 500 back in it do yourself a favor and replace all those exhaust gaskets on the back of the motor before you put it back in. I have tons of those gaskets here that you can have , just pay the shipping . Also I am pretty sure a Seadoo...

    TPE engines backstory

I thought the whole point of producing this cylinder is that out of the box it would out perform a Dasa or other type cylinder and that it didn't need to be modified , yes I get that the cases have to be drastically modified for the cylinders to work properly and the pistons to clear but the...
