Riva Red pipe on a 650

No problem. As long as you get it jetted right you should notice a pretty big difference over the stock pipe.

Riva Red pipe on a 650

Mine goes: Pump to exhaust manifold - Head to bottom of pipe - Top of pipe to the stinger

Riva Red pipe on a 650

I found a crappy wrench and ground down the boxed end so that it was thin enough to slip over those bolts from the top and tighten them up. Works perfect.

Riva Red pipe on a 650

This is how I've had mine for the past 3 years that the pipe has been on my ski. From the head into the bottom of the pipe's water jacket. Then from the top of the pipe to the stinger. And you can just cap off that tiny fitting on the front of the motor.

Riva Red pipe on a 650

I don't know if you have Ace Hardware stores over there, but that is where I get all my hardware.

FINALLY got a Superjet!!!! Now I Have Exhaust question.

Its actually pretty damn hard to get the tank hot enough to mold it without actually burning it. At first I thought I could heat it up with a heat gun, but I quickly found out that even though the outside of the tank is almost a liquid, the plastic on the inside was hardly warm. So I ended up...

    My Lake is Full!!!

Geez, the lake I ride at was down over 50' last summer. around 35% capacity. It rained a ton last week and filled both lakes on that chain up to around 100%. Woohoo

    rule bilge pump observation....

My dad wired his Attwood 500gph pump backwards and it surprisingly still pushed water out, but very very slowly. Like a trickle.

    B pipe question

You should be fine as long as they are not fouled plugs. I just retuned my ski the other day with plugs that were over a year old. They had a little carbon buildup before the tuning. After all the WOT and adjusting the high speed screw, I got them looking great, with little to no carbon on them...

    Powder coated AC stand

I really know nothing about it, other than I believe I remember it looking something like this: http://www.forchip.com/pwdrsystem1.jpg Very basic I assume, but my uncle was able to make it give really good results. Also, I think I remember it smelling kind of bad when he cooked it outside in...

    Powder coated AC stand

I have an uncle with a home powdercoating unit, and uses a home oven to bake it. It works absolutely perfect. It is as durable as the stuff I have had done professionally. Not sure how much the kit cost.
