His latest thing apparently is 25 miles of mountain biking 3 times per week. And building billet strokers of course.

He does 25 feet of riding then falls down on his back and huffs and puffs. Rode with him few months back!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly, I have been doing a lot of MTB'ing the past year as well. Enough so that my SXR is up by you now to pay for a new MTB.
