The wash out area at Oceanside harbor for boats and jetski's is closed.227 told me they are putting in coin activated meters at the hose connections as part of Obama's plan to help our crippled economy.Ride more and everyone wins

We are charged a small fee to get into the State Park at Sebby (annual pass cheaper)…so many amenities there, to include water facilities as well (never seen anything such as you guys have though…that’s how I accidentally stepped into the thing, lol, didn’t know what it was until scolded :silly:).

I like John’s (227) method of filling that plastic bin with water, throwing all salty gear in there while tending to other matters. He has it down to a science, and it works great. I was even able to sit in the plastic bin to rinse completely off! :Banane13:

I rinse my stuff in the yard, it waters the grass. The carbon comes out of my water box and gets absorbed by the grass. Now THAT's thinking green. LMAO

Hearsay! I have never even met you! :bad:

I've heard the same regarding Chinese Baskets from men as well, but have no intention of trying those either. This was a big bin (bigger anyway, lol).

To thread hijack, I wish I could try that little ski you modded.

I back my trailer into my dam at home while the skis are still tied on start and run them for a few mins then flush with water that's stored in a tank from run off from my compunds shed if felling saucie u can ride in dam but can't be :):):):)ed usualy as we drive 1 1/2 hours to the beach every time thanks for drink driving being legal in australia we love corona

Their set-up is extremely nice… I would pay to use it every time, as opposed to messing with my stuff and bothering my neighbors after arriving home. Most in Sebby utilize the on-site water facilities, so I don’t know why you would expect Cali peps to be any different (in that regard at least ha ha).

pretty sure being intoxicated behind the wheel is illegal or should be whereever you are. Now having a beer or two on the way to or from the lake should be allowed. But there is absolutely no excuse for DRUNK driving. It kills MFers. IT IS NOT AWESOME. you might figure that out someday if you lose anyone close to your because someone was too frugal to call a cab to get their drunk ass home. people f.uck up enough when they are sober driving.

as for washing out your skis AT the landing, why not do it from your house OR apt. I always had access to a hose at my apt. s to wash cars, skis, water the dead grass, etc. but I have access to the largest freshwater coast in the world so we never ever think about it.
