Hi, I'm new to this forum and I have found some great info on here but I have a few questions.
I want to try back flips (off of roughly 4 - 5ft waves) this year and I am pretty confident that I can do them, but I am curious about some mods.
I am wondering about cutting the back/bottom of my ski at a 45 deg angle, how much will this affect doing back flips, and normal rec riding?
Also I am planning on getting the Sato flip nozzle kit, any opinions on the kit, and if so what brand do you recommend?
Is there any benefit to removing the stock foam, and using expanding foam like what is used for footholds?
I have heard of people not using rail caps, does anybody have a link to a build with that done, and are you guys glassing the tops smooth around?
Just so you know I am planning on getting footholds from "tom21", they look bad ass, also the front foothold.
