wow.... i would be scared my ski wouldnt start and bye bye ski, thats nuts ... i fish occasionly in that water and when you drop your line in it just takes of like crazy..plus as seen the whirpool boats go up and down the river.... that is some of the best riding i have even seen ..

ive always wanted to take my sit down , down there but never a stand up...mad props

Its over 80 feet deep...your not going to hit rocks. Remember that is all the water coming down both Niagara Falls.

I WOULD NOT try to ride this river on a couch. If it flips, (and it will) your done. Your never getting it back over in those rapids....and your miles from any way to get the boat out.

The dude who was so brilliant trying a monkey jump lost his ski in a whirlpool and almost died...They never found the ski. Then some dude went out there last year and really :):):):)ed himself up. HE was almost dead... If you think that looks fun, you are whacko!!!! You must not know much about water moving like that. It's 80-100ft deep and if you get sucked under by a whirlpool like the monkey dudes ski did you are toast. No way that is worth it!!!!!!!!

Really it does not compare to surf anyway... who wants to ride slop and chop??? not me.

I gotta disagree here. I found it to be smoooth and fun as hell. Just not every day....to intense for that.

If I went back I would definitely go bigger and just never let go under any circumstances no matter what. And not on my envy.:scared:

You don't have to shoot the rapids...you can just rip the river.

I had a stupid azz flame arrestor cone plug one of my carbs in the middle of that chit. I had to ride down river on one carb to the ramps. Nothing but OEM now because of that day.

I almost lost my life and my ski too. Korn and the plumber hooked me up with some savin.:arms:
