Moving your ski...

how about just bolting casters directly to the bottom of the hull, then in the water, they act as skegs.get the stainless one though, you want that to last.not great in the sand still, but amusing.

Reminds me of that video where the guys made a 550 into a little go cart thingy. It had wheels on the bottom, so some of motor, and looked really unstable.

Have you guys seen the RedBull commercial with the soap box derby racers? It would be cool to make one of those out of an old hull of some sort.

working on a ski that isnt on a shop stand = NO FUN!

if you cant afford one, raid some constuction site dumpsters and get enough lumber.....Can be built in 1 hour

then why do YOU have a SJ sitting on the floor?

looks like tou need more room, snd that blue ski to me and ill store it for ya!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking at the first picture I'm confused if that's heaven, if so I'm ready.

I use a pvc stand that's perfect for standing but the little dollies from lowes or home depot work great as long as you aren't working on it.

I've lifted the front up onto the tailgate and then went to the back and just lifted it in. Not something I'd do everyday, but it works.

What my buddy and I were thinking about it was some sort of cool work stand that had some sort of hydraulic lift so that you can raise and lower the stand to go from, lets say from your trailer to the bed of your truck. Switching your ski like that all by yourself can be done by other means, but we thought it would be pretty cool stand.

Someone already tried it but never reported back on how it ended up working out.... I believe he ended selling the ski and might be out of the sport. You can try to pm and see if he responds.
