Just registered over here...and wanted to post up some thanks that I owe people from last weeknd. For sure there are many things and people who deserve thanks that did not get mentioned here. But I wanted to at least try...now I'm gonna go and read through all these posts :!:
What an incredible event!
I am completely amazed by the people in our community every time I get a chance to attend something like this. You are the nicest most generous bunch of people I have ever met. And there are dozens of people that I would like to thank for making this trip amazing!
Nick aka Yamaslut and Sarah, I can’t thank you enough for opening up your house to myself Mike, Jerry, Fab and Kris. Not to mention putting this whole event together. You two are amazing!
Pancake Pete, you are truly an asset to our sport not only because of your insane ability on a ski but your stoke, enthusiasm, and love for the sport are just what the industry needs. And the amount of product you were able to get the sponsors to donate was incredible!
HTVixen aka Vixie aka Laurel, thanks for supporting the event and being there for me. Because whenever you are there my better judgement goes right out the window, and I have a total blast. And thank you for getting Lonnie to come and video…
Lonnie from Fast Times Films, it was amazing to have you there and a pleasure to meet you. Hopefully there will be some good usable footage from the hours you spent on the beach with us…possibly you got Fab’s barrel roll re entry??
Paul aka Mr. Jr.Magoo’s himself. I am so proud and excited to be associated with you and the incredible group of riders that you are supporting. I think our sport has a really bright future because of people like you who put their heart and soul in to it, and I am looking forward to doing anything I can to help grow and promote your business and freeriding.
RiotRadio…you guys are ****ing insane :!: It was a pleasure to meet you guys and I look forward to seeing you at lots of events in the future. I think we are really lucky to have you guys so involved in the sport. Ronnie and Evan both busted ass all weekend taking pics and video.

Royalflush aka Chic, you are amazing. As soon as he heard that my ski was not going to make it out he offered me a chance to ride his boats whenever I wanted. And then when I arrived with Kris and Fab, he made them the same offer. Chic, you are one hell of a nice guy and I really appreciate the generosity you showed myself and my friends.

And for those of you who attended this event, or want to attend a future event, or just want to see the sport flourish and grow…please make a note of the incredible companies who donated tons of product and their time for our benefit. Companies/people like Hydro-Turf/Laurel, Jr.Magoos/Paul, X-Metal/Pat, Watercraft Factory/Steve, all made major donations for the event’s charity “The Junior Lifeguards” but they went a step further and were there in person for us. I watched Paul wrench on other people’s boats all day almost every day he was there. And that is the definition of “giving back” in my opinion!
