opened up the tray today...

id say the foam is beyond watersoaked. the water is just chilling in there in a puddle. if i lift the back up it all flows to the back and comes out the opening. this should be fun, but im glad im gonna fix this.

Just opened mine up too and found the same thing. The water was just sitting there. Most of it wasn't soaked, but some was. The stuff that was most soaked was the foam right at the bond line all the way around. So I know I'm leaking at the bond line, but I'm reinforcing back there too, so that'll take care of that. I also found wet foam at the drive shaft tube and water tubes.

I left a piece of soaked foam out to see if it would dry. Been 2 weeks and still soaked. No way you could drill 2 holes in the hull, stand it up to drain and concider it dry like I've read on here. You'd have to let it sit for a year just to get all the water out, maybe not even then.

I was wondering and I do mean just that ,if you couldnt maybe drill a couple of holes with a hole saw and set up some cheap ass hair dryers to dry this stuff out.Obviously that wouldn't work on one this bad but its just a thought.
