WHat type of intake grate for an sxr800

I just bought an 07 sxr, and i am wondering what intake i should buy. I found several on jet ski unlimited. There is the r & D watervain, the maxiloader by WORX, the top end loader,....ect

I dont know what one to buy, can someone let me know

Depends on what you are going to do with the ski. Are you looking to freeride, freestyle, race?

I run a Stocker for Freestyle & Freeride... lets the ski slide out if you need too.. The SXR hooks up almost too good stock! Stilll hooks up twice as hard as any Superjet I ever rode.

I vote for the TBM spend your money once. Yes they are a little extra but you only have to buy once. And hold on to you stocker just incase you get a wild hair and decide to do freestyle with that heavy beast.

THank you everyone for your input. The thing is that i am not sure. I would like to race, but i dont know if i actually will. I would like to do freestyle and freeride, but i was told that sxr's are not good for that unless you do lots of work to them. Thanks

The new Skat grates are hella sweet. I'm running a TBM on one and the Worx Maxiloader on the other. With the Worx, if you let off the throttle at WOT, the ski will try to toss you over the front from the deceleration. :bigeyes:
