What to use on pump seal?

When you put your pump back in do you use anything on the rubber gasket between the pump and ski? I was thinking silicone or just nothing...

I have never used anything that sets up hard.
I normally use grease, anti-sieze, or Hylomar.

I have never put anything on, but I still don't much about these Yami's. I don't feel cavitation when I ride, so I guess thats a good sign.

I always use the gray silicone sealant made by Yamaha specifically for gaskets.

best thing is some form of grease, it also keeps the rubber from dry rotting.

I think im gonna go with grease, im afraid the silicone might let go

I use marine grease on the seal at the hull and Yamabond-4 between the housing, duct and nozzle.
