Looks similar to a Riva wetpipe (Stage I or II) it was called. I got one as soon as they came out in '99 (i think), still run it, but I have had to replace many Lord mounts because they didn't line up with the holes on the pipe, so they were prestressed when you mounted it. I filled the holes on the mounting bracket & retapped them where they should be. Still have to replace a Lord mount here & there, but better. Unless this pipe was modified, it's not a Riva wetpipe, at least not like mine & I haven't touched mine since I bought it. It should have an aluminum mounting bracket with it to mount to head, about 14" lg x 2-3" wd x 1/2" tk
