trying to get into the game

I would be curious to see what it looks like a little better around the motor.

Nice paint, a Blowsion sticker/chinpad cover , and new turf does not mean chit......necessarily...

well, you always gotta wondering if the nice paint and new turf are covering hull damage or maybe a bad foot hold install. u never know what people do. im down to get it, all depends on the in person visuals and a compression test. just gotta figure out how to pick it up lol.

There are better deals to be had, but there are worse deals too.
It's neat to see another CTer on the X, here's a couple pictures of my 'Yotas.... Well maybe I only owned some of them at different times.

Nice extended cab Taco and clean work on the S10.

As a general rule when buying used you want a ski thats as close to stock as possible because you never know what has been done to it. That ski looks like it was built and then had all the "goodies" removed for its sale. From your pics the motor looks a little frankenstiened. I don't know how common/hard to get skis are in your area, but IMO, I wouldn't pay more than $2500 (Thats if it starts easily and runs smooth).

Nice, I like the chassis work on the S10. Never was able to get into the minis, I had too many toys then and still do now. haha. But I always wanted one.

I had a few friends that had them and I borrowed their minis any chance I could.

Good luck on the ski search.

I'm going to agree on the price. It's ok. It's better if it's the asking price and open to offers. I don't think you could get it for $2500 but like someone else said $2800 would be a good deal.

I'm also on CT and TTORA as well. Toyota! Sorry off topic. ..

haha, yea my toyota tacoma surprised the hell outta me after driving it for awhile. I wondered why i wasted all this time playing with my s10.

And to let everyone know, I picked up a ski. Hopefully I will be charging the waves as soon as the weather starts heading in the up direction. I have a drysuit but havent tried to fit it yet, im afraid it will get stuck on my head, lol.

Living in Point Lookout, I have the ski stored in Hicksville at the g/f's house. I dont have to many pics of it on my computer. I got a good deal on a factory limited b pipe and am waiting for a good deal on a pump gas head. I will put those parts on after were into the season a lil bit. What towns do some of the LI guys live in?

i wouldnt spend that much on a close to stock ski that looks cool.... buy one with all the bells and whistles already on it. youll save a TON of money! who cares if you get a highly modded ski with a beat up motor .... you can rebuild a motor cheaper than you can buy a b pipe and all the other stuff.
