I used about 2/3-3/4 of a 16oz can or weldwood on my under pad alone. Im just guessing that is too much. Will it cause any problems other then the fact i now need to buy more so i can turf?
My guess would be you just have a mess on your hands.
Be sure to apply the right amount of pressure per square foot. I used a hammer and 1' square board for that.
Sand rubber padding? No.
I'd try cutting the padding .5" short of the end and see how it looks.
U tried using scissors to cut at an angle?
EDIT: I think your paint problem is unrelated.
Please let us know how your pad cutting goes. I'm very interested in your results.
U think the fumes from the cement caused the bubbles? U didn't get an cement on the paint, did you?
I painted my tray atleast a week or two ago so i suppose its semifreshDid you turf over fresh paint?
yes, the pad can be sanded. Some of underpads sand better than others. You can probably get by with regular sand paper.

You may want to sand the fresh paint off where your going to turf. Sounds like the paint you used and the dap have similar solvents and could cause adhesion issues.
