hey guys, i need some advice. im a newB on this site and was told by steve802cc about it. i love it, soooo much usefull info. anywho i've been buying lots of stuff off guys on here and its all been great. however i sent over a grand to a guy for a 760 motor (i dont wanna name names at this point) and i've been waiting damn close to a month for it. he still hasnt sent it and says "oh im busy" like how busy can you be to not send out a motor? I"VE ALREADY PAID!!!:banghead: anyways im gettin pissed and worried. he assures me he's not ripping me off ect. what should i do? i need a motor for this ski like a month ago and so far im in the hole $1060. he lives way to far to go get it, and i sent the money by moneyorder. i honestly dont know what i can do other then wait and keep bugging him. any ideas??? thanks for any suggestions guys

thats what i didnt wanna start. the point is i dont want my money back, i want the motor. i know people can be busy. i can hardly find time for my friggan girlfriend somtimes. i told you the reason for the delay in getting you your cash, im a 20 year old working guy and blew up the tranny in my car. i would have sent you the cash before i fixed that but it took you a month to tell me how much shipping was gonna be. so i fixed the car and then had to save up agian for the motor. anyways im not trying to start stuff on here at all. i just dont think i should have to wait a month for somthing i paid for. my intention was only to ask advice and what i should be doing about this. nothing personal

I bought a scupper valve from the Vomit man and he was VERY prompt at gettin me my part, even before he got my check, I know this scupper was not as much cash as the motor, is what I am getting at is he was very good to me.

Superjetkev - sounds like Vomitspot is respected on the board, sounds like many guys, too much going on at once. Shouldn't have sold to you without being ready to ship immediately. But otherwise it seems like he's on the up and up with you.

Vomitspot - the guy did pay ya the money, so you have to expect a little friendly nudging from him since he's waiting on you to send the motor. Keep him posted and get it to him as soon as possible. He's being patient on the matter for sure. Others might have gotten way more bent about it.

Bottom line: Little problem of a delay, but not something for two people to get mad at eachother about (not what this site stands for). Probably work out in the end and all involved will be friends.

well i guess im getting my money back after a month. this totally blows, no motor this year unless i can find one like asap. summer is already half over. :banghead: if anyone has a 701 or 760 pm me please!!!!
