What Saki said. Videos do it for me. Especially since I have no one to ride with.
Well, I got Phill every once in a while, but all he does is crash and body surf.

:cheer:

LOL.......

No man.....the longer your signature of mods gets the better your ski is = the better you are at freestyle.

Thats how it works

Its all about who you ride with. If everybody rode alone, I doubt anyone would have ever done a BR. I'm very fortunate and get to ride with JK and a bunch of guys who are really good. We work off each other and there is a real energy on the water.

absolutely....

the best days on the water are when eveyone decides to sack up and try something....

its all about seeing someone pancake a 5 foot roll, and walk away from it...

you realize that you probably wont die

Don't forget the hot-chick-in-skimpy-bikini factor. That's what got me to pull my first BR :Banane01: (That, and a huge wake....)

Ain't that the truth.... LOL

I went ahead and bought an SJ when I could barely even ride my 650sx at the time... then went ahead and reinforced, bought a A/M pole all before I even rode the SJ with the illusion of doing BR's & BF's. :dunno:

yeah, somethings wrong here but I wouldn't have it any other way. :Banane09: :Banane09:

On a serious note.

I think you guys are onto something.

riding with someone else is VERY helpful.

having a running, reliable ski ( regardless of mods or powerlevel) to ride at every oppurtunity, is also helpful.

kick to the nutsack, step back and think about that.

hmmmmmm

lol.. just practice, man.. practice.. your prop/pump setup combined with your new flattop motor will inject new life into your freestyling.. guaranteed!

watch the slo-mo vids.. over and over... and ride with people who will heckle you/push you to your new limits. it's just like mx bro.. to get faster, you have to ride with guys who are faster.. same principle here.. and if you don't have any sick riding partners.. keep a portable dvd player or laptop in your truck and whenever you stop to take a break, watch some vids/dvds to motivate you/pump you up to go back out there and kill it.

you mentioned the "slo-mo videos". any specific videos you are talking about and if so, can you post the links to these videos. I came across one slo-mo video once, but can't find the link anymore.

go to www.superjett.com for all your video needs.
I agree about having a riding partner.
Phill isn't the most able rider around :Banane01:, but even riding with that log makes me perform better.

Even if you suck you will suck in style  When I was building my boat I was just stoked with the thought of you can't go out a buy a ski like this. For me, building a customizing your ski to your riding style and taste is just as much fun as riding...........except the spending $$ part.
