Damn, I keep hearing about this 20-30 pounds from EVERYONE! My mom asked if I was retaining water. I told her it's beer and I'm not retaining it on purpose.


Heh Ed, Why don't you drive up here Saturday afternoon or eve, stay at my house (So I can shave your back) and I'll drive us to Daytona Sunday? Your drive would only be like 2 hours then. I live 4 minutes off the turnpike.

They are fairly similar IMO.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Secret spot. Cool group of people up there also. Really into safety :sasmokin: BUT....I didn't know you all had a 3D shredder as part of your home break hommies. Of all the times I've ridin Sebby I have never seen a 3d riding surf. :nana:


Thing I don't like about the Secret spot is it is exactly twice the distance from my house. Otherwise I'd be bashing Sebby right along with ya. :beerchug:

the RIDER looked to be an older dude (50's or 60's) and was RIPPIN'!!!!:swordfight:

that sandbar at the secret spot is over a mile long and will pretty much ALWAYS make for a little something...

that must be why i like it so much.....i definitely like the secret spot, but driving to georgia to take advantage of it sucks when you live in cuba! :sad2:

I agree, those lines were epic for Florida but I think there were good waves up and down the coast on that day. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE THE PLACE! :stups:

Monster Hole usually has some break if not you can go south side inside or north of 3rd peak for some waves.

Nope 50 miles west of there called Saint Cloud AKA Cow Town USA and where I live. I likey after growing up in Miami then West Palm now here. I'm hopefully gonna simi-retire off the beach well north of Cocoa but south of Jax.:Banane01:

Sort of wrong-Cocoa Beach is only 30 miles North of Sebastion. I guess I don't mind it cause I grew up surfing, then windsurfing then kitesurfing and now jetskiing there along with lots of diving and snorkling around the inlet. Plus I've done many Hobie Cat races and Hobie Cat sailing trips down the river to Sebastion from Melbourne.

When I get a little better in the surf I'll cruise up to Daytona. I don't think it's to much further than Sebastion.
