wrx--5 speed...tranny only good to about 300 +/- (you can do more, but tick tick tick..one bad shift and BOOM)--the fix-RA/PPG gears

STi 6 spd---ive seen as much as 500HP with no probs


I have a wrx with the 2.5L engine (same as the STi)...it has a slightly smaller turbo

I may trailer it down there again if Vena comes this yr,if not Ill be pulling another big enclosed trailer full of other crap. She may go with the travel nurse thing again this yr if it works out.

yea they are all sti cars here,thought the tranny was just as tough in the reg wrx?

funny you posted this...i was just talking with jen a little while ago about how your wife spelled her name...neither of us were sure, but now got it!

nope, wrx trannies are made of glass..didnt you know that? money pending, the wrx is technically a better platform to mod from...it just costs more, so the STi becomes a better choice to mod from out of the box..

never really hung out with any of the scuby crew here.dont know that much bout anything but nissan and yotas.

look for some vids of the b1s layin it down,we finally got the tri hull in the water to shoot from,if I can ever find a anchor that works,seems like it needs a battleship anchor to keep this thing planted

2) possible family committments?

Ewok has a connect on gettin them cheap though,hes been through like 3 sets now i think.
