Ok people here it is! Why? Because I can! I have been wanting to try this for a long time and finally got up the nerve to do it. It actually fits very well in the hull! The hood is where the issues arise. Even with the liner removed it will still hit the center of the hood. I am going to be making a custom hood using a stock hood, hopefully here by next week. I will cut it till it fits, glass it in with a raised and narrowed center section, then using it as a plug, mold a carbon fiber hood/liner. It will be linerless on the pipe side. The carb side with the liner will have the front and top air intake blocked off and will be drawing air from both rear openings, also going to make baffles to reduce water intake. All in all it should be better than the stock hood. I am ordering a small TDR superjet waterbox to mount in the nose and if all my calculations are correct I should be able to run a stock tank, not sure of the make yet though. The SXI tank minus nose foam looks to be a close fit. I mocked it up last night with a SN waterbox and a cart tank with tons of room to play with!
