Did you switch the waterbox to the opposite side? Got any pics of how you have it setup?

I have a triple in my SXR. I just figured since I'm getting a good deal on an SXI pro hull that just needs a motor, my limited motor would be a perfect candidate. I may put a triple motor in it just for kicks but I doubt it.

I'm not running a waterbox with mine. There is no way to run nose foam, a waterbox and a stock tank. You have to remove the stock foam and shift the tank slightly right to get the pipe to fit.

If I had a extra limited 800 motor I would definatly do this setup! I had bought a 750 squatdown as a donor for my PRO hull and I was going to build a clone of my motor, but my wife took it, then she didn't like it so I built her a XP-Limited. I can't wait to build the 1100 Pro and compare the two side by side!

Its ok to run without a waterbox? I wana do this setup but not quite understanding what you did. Is it ok to place a waterbox in the nose in front if the gas tank or no?

I'm not running a waterbox and it works fine, I would like to compare with/without waterbox, but I have been very happy with my setup. All the water box does is dampen sound and provide a little back pressure, my idea on running the long silicone hose was to absorb sound and the length itself provides more pressure along with the inline resinator. Its way quieter and less obnoxious than when i ran the coffman rocket mod pipe! If your going to run a water box you need a rn superjet box and tank.

I think an SXR tank would fit with either an SXR or SJ box up front. Ill have to wait til the hull shows up here and test fit all the components seeing as I have an extra SXR box and tank and all the necessary tubing.

If not I will be in the market for a silencer/resonator.

So i would just run hose normally all the way around without the box?

Also what is the pipe in the middle of the tube you have installed. On the opposite side of your exhaust.

It's a resonator /silencer, dosent do much, but helps tone it down.

Ok. And one more question, hope im nit bugging you. Should i remove my nose foam for the setup ir just cut out space for the hose? Not really sure how important the foam is.

Be worth a try if you have it. Rn box fits in the nose. I've never had a sxr tank and water box out but i think the box is a little big if i remember right, tank may work though?

The box is a bit big, but the gas tank is taller compared to the sxi pro tank, and would sit further back towards the motor. Same principle as it does in the SX-R I guess. Close to the motor and barely goes under the hull where the pole mounts.

If that makes any sense
