Custom/Hybrid Surfango fx1 motorized surf board repower

I have a Surfango fx1 motorized surf board. it has a 150cc 9.5 hp. it's to slow for me so I bought a 300sx for a donor. I want to install the 300sx engine and pump into the surf board. after taking the 300sx apart I think I want a new pump and impeller not sure where to look for parts, not sure what pitch impeller I should look at. now I cant get the bearing housing and impeller off the drive shaft. I going to need a lot of advice on this build.

thats cooll ,, I have a mototrized surfboard , its not that cool though ,,I have always thought it needed more power ..

057.jpgI have decided to keep the original pump in the board for now the pump is a 100mm. I can change the pump later. so today I cut a hole to make the motor fit that was hard for me to do. the motor looks good in the board. the original drive shaft is .470 spline shaft. I'm going to use the the 300sx coupler so I can cut the surfboard coupler and make a insert for the 300 coupler. in the pix I used tape.
now I need help.
what size threads are in the 300sx cloupler? I think it is 18mm by 2 or 2.5 pitch
the rubber motor mounts can I fiberglass them in to make new mounts? Should I use epoxy resin for this?
sorry about the glasses pix there 3d kids glasses I need to sell on ebay.

Be carefull not to beat on it to hard with more power, I took two of them apart to make a catamaran flats boat and the construction is light duty, had to beef it up some .

believe it or not my goal is to break it. then make a new one. maybe with a 750 I think on the next one I will take the pump section from the 300 and glass that in. but for now one step at a time.

very cool... we had another guy out at Dunedin CW with a yellow one a couple times. Looked like fun, but under powered. Good luck with the build.

epoxy would be best, not sure you can glass those mounts in. since its kawi it most likely uses those mounts, easy enough to get those. lemme know if you need some help. and definitely when you break it. maybe we can mold that and make a new one with a bigger motor lol. probably wont ride the same with the extra weight in it though.
