okay here is an update- I have underestimated the time and materials - mostly the time and not including the setup- to make these. I have also had some issues, other projects and daily work and life to deal with.

x-2 sponsons in white gelcoat with foam carefully boxed for shipping. 175.00 plus shipping. guaranteed for life. Expect them in 2-3 weeks or sooner- period! NO more- excuses thats it. I am trying to make a perfect set for the chicken bone/p-cola freeride on the 26-27th so if you don't want to pay that much then go there and win a set.

ups is going to flip out on all the deliveries in the week

i usually only account for actual working time on custom glass pieces. to still make a profit is not a problem. most shops do it this way in the car audio world, since set up time can be used for other tasks. materials should always be accounted for as well as lay up and sanding/painting.

It is not included in my time to make these. ask anyone I have ever sold anything to and I bet they will tell you I have your best interest at heart. which as I said is why I have to do this because if I didn't I will be closing up shop pretty quickly. This is a quality part and time is taken to make it that way. I have scrapped a few because they weren't the way I want them. I am actually thinking about taking my first set of tubbies off my sj because they are only functional not quality. I can do better but was rushing to get it done for daytona. won't happen cause I am too busy. but I still hate looking at em.
