Some older videos in rapids

This was an excursion that a group of us took a couple years back to a sweet spot in California. Have not been back but have been thinking about it every day since. I will go again this year before summer when the water level is adequate.

Anyways hope you enjoy. First video is of Kraqus(name on X) slamming into rocks, listen with the sound up, lucky he only put a hole in his boat and not in his head.

Other two are making it up and back down from 'the treadmill'

Hope you enjoy, man I remember the days when I was rockin the square, man things have changed lolol

I was so stoked to finally make it up that I jumped off my ski, bad idea when the current is that strong. You can see and hear me panic and swim fast back to the ski hahahah

Benny was a trooper. He drove up super late at night. Couldnt find us and ended up sleeping and at sunrise we could see him lol. And then he put a hole in it really fast. He smiled and thanked for the invite, he's top notch.

That spot was told to me by someone who grew up there. Its a local spot for sure but very fun. Going to plan a trip soon, norcal crew we will have a talk before :) keep june or july in your schedules

The lake above that feeds that is real laid back with lots of room for dry camping. No serious rapids but a kool spot. As you come over the bridge make a right on the dirt road and it'll take you to a Edison electric resevoir. Water is a little warmer. The spot you guys were at has dry camping also just down the road.

Benny you have any pics of your square nose from that weekend.

that weekend was also when I hit a post in the camp ground with my 26 foot toyhauler and bent both axles. This place is pretty much isolated and I tried to make it back on one bent axle missing a tire and a semi bent axle with two okay tires. Well needless to say I made it about 1/3 the way to Fresno when my tires blew and I almost had a terrible accident. Waited for three hours for a truck that was gonna fit my truck and trailer on it, well didnt work and i had to pay 300 for this guys trip out. so i left the trailer, drove to fresno bought two locks, drove back to my trailer on the side of the road and locked it up. i drove back to sacramento imagining my trailer and two skis would be gone by monday but drove a flatbed back up monday and towed it home. aaaaand after all that ripped the ac unit off on an overpass cause my trailer was tall and the lowboy it was on was high hahahahh.....

Long story short after all that I would still go back to this spot and plan to soon

i heard that lake has even more fun sections on it. I plan on hitting both in a weekend

That blows, got 5 freinds in Fresno with tow companies, all the fab equipment and access to parts. Straight up 41 is an RV service center that another buddy owns. Good times up there for sure, lots of debris in the water too so be on the lookout.

That clear water kinda scares me. Sick riding! You really killed it for me, I know the rocks are in the river, but I dont have to look at them. We usually full throttle the fast sections and pray.
