SJ with GP760 engine, 701 head

I'm looking at buying a SJ for sale with the following claimed build. What are your thoughts on this???

-1999 SJ w/gp760 engine
-stock 701 head
-stock exhaust
-pump ported/ridges polished, ProTec trim kit, bored to 85.5mm
-170 PSI on both cylinders

Any feedback appreciated.

760 wouldnt have stock 700 head
stock exhaust wont bolt up to 760 head

Im guessing this just has a 760 cylinder. Set up like a Stock Class Ski.

Above is the response I got from the seller when asked about a 701 head on 760 engine. ???? WTF?
