I will have one out in a few weeks. Its like the LPW internal fuel fill, but smaller, lower profile for low hoods, bigger inside to fit filling hoses, & will have a billet fuel cap.

Out of the three listed above the LPW-FU is the best IMO.

nice! thats the reason I could never run the BUN filler in the REV..it was too tall..the only thing that would work was a stocker

wanna borrow the BUN?:noevil:

Cut the pickup neck off flush with the top of the tank, screw your gas cap assembly onto that, then attach the stock pickup on the front connection where the filler hose was and extend your tubes to the bottom of the tank. In my opinion, it's the lowest profile, cleanest looking (hoses are hidden in the nose of the ski by the waterbox), and cheapest.

so your saying that if your was listed there it would be your top pick? lets get some more info on yours!!!!

My buddy Lucas has the Blowsion one, you can't fill it up without spilling gas & the fill tube will not slide into the filler due to the fuel pick ups.

Chris has the Wamiltons, nice internal fill, just to tall.

The LPW one is by far the best one I have had to date, my LPW ski had one which is what gave me the idea to make one. I just wanted to improve it, make filling simple , & lower profile for tight hoods.

Whats nice about this design is it slips into the stock tank, no mods, etc.

Mine will be back from the machine shop in a week or two.

I would like to see the BUN cap, thats what I'm working on now is cap design. I want the internal fill to be smaller, lower profile, smaller fuel cap, & all billet.

It should be cool I'll give ya the hook up when i get them.

I could never cut my nice white tank & install the oem filler & cap. I gotta have my pretty billet fuel fill next to my pretty billet XS motor!!!!!

I had a blowsion one and it worked great. Before that I had a tank with the lip cut off and a fuel filler screwed down. Fuel would seep out around the gasket if the ski was inverted. It sucked and I hated it. I tried epoxying it down and the epoxy crumbled and got sucked in my carbs. That sucked worse. I now hate internal fill but I think the aftermarket setups are the only way to go. The Blowsion was great but the LPW sure looks nice too.

I know this post is a little old but I had an internal fill because I modified the nose on my SN but my internal fill literally cost me nothing except time. The only thing required besides the normal fill cap was some crankcase sealant which I already had and a PVC test plug to fill the external fill spout which I also had. I reused the screws that normally hold the stock filler cap. Never has a single problem with it.

Hey all you internal fill guys... I need the stock filler hose that you remove from the filler nozzle to the tank... I posted in the "want to buy section" but got no responses. Pm me what you have to have for it shipped to 62948 I need one.

Back to regular programing..

The Billet fill was originally designed for use on Wamiltons Carbon Fuel cells but I got lucky enough to find a stray one they had extra. I'm told they did have some more made up but haven't put them up the site yet, just call Wamiltons and ask.

I like it because it's very low profile, the opening is big enough to accept any size filler hose and it can be adapted to any number of fuel feed configurations. Only downside I can see is that it requires two clunks to be installed on fuel line inside the tank that could come apart or stiffen over time. Use good line and crimp type clamps and both those issues should not be a problem.
