So I had a mint condition 62T stator and flywheel I sold to sic701. He lives in Queensland Aus. If I remember correctly he paid $160 + $45 shipping. Mid way through the shipment I realized i mailed him the wrong box. I accidentally sent him a 701 R&D non-griddled head. So that was my bad by far.
I offer for him to keep the head for free if he just paypals me some more money to ship him the stator and fly wheel I owe him. He says that he'll wait to see what the head looks like. He takes a couple days to respond and then says he does not like the head, that he still wants the stator and flywheel. I say ok and ship him the stator and flywheel and forward him $50 to ship my head back.
He verifys the stator and flywheel make it and are in working condition. Says he'll mail out my package. Weeks go by, I try to email him, PM him and get no response. He hadn't signed into x-h20.com or pwctoday. Email's are bouncing back. I'm pissed.
When he originally sent me payment, he claimed he had no paypal account to use, so he handed Wax cash, and then Wax paypal'd me. So after about 3 weeks of no head arriving in the mail, and no communication, I PM Wax asking for his phone number. Wax sends it to me. I call him. His name is Mark Antic. He says he is sorry and he will mail them it the next day. Needless to say that was about 1.5 months ago, and I still have no head. I have called the guy 3 other times, and no answer or returned call.
Another strange thing is, when he had me send him $50, all of the sudden he had a paypal account he was able to use. I should have seen a red flag right there.
I am making a claim with paypal tonight to atleast get my $50 I sent him to get the cylinder head back.
