Where the stock breather hose goes for the stock pipe on the superjet, is this needed to be capped off or should i just leave it like it is?

Thanks,

Aaron

I don't think its a breather. I think its a water line. I could be wrong though.

Anyway, mine is capped off.

Advance auto parts has 1/4" and 3/8" little rubber caps. If you can't find them let me know and I'll grab a pack for you.

Alright, bumping this thread back up since I had to cut my riding day short because that damn silicone let go and caused my performance to suffer. Where can I get the vinyl cap and does it have to be 1/8 size?

Thanks,

Aaron

Might be too late but mine is capped off with a short piece of hose (about 1 1/4") and I have a piece of an aluminum pop rivet (the stem) stuck in there with 5200.

Never failed.

I just talked to x2 cartel and this is what he said.

Buy a 10 kg billet of inconel and a 5 axis haas cnc mill. Make an exact copy of the oem head, except use 7075 aluminium instead of brass for the 1/8" fitting. Anneal everything 100 times.

Find a bit of 1/8" primer line or the oem water line.

Put a dab of silicone down it then fold over and cable tie it.

You can accually pull the fitting out of the head. Then you can screw in a small SS screw with some red loctite. Thats what I did on my B1 and ran it for 3 years with no leakage.

WTF .....silicone/hose/cobble jobs????? Put a freaking cap on it with a zip tie, done! Better yet, do as was mentioned earlier and drill and tap, hook up to an overboard pisser.
