How the hell did that happen :Banane09:
One of the best hand injuries I've seen right there
he was trying to hook his tow line up to tow in a buddys ski and a wave caught his ski with the carribeaner (sp?) in his hand. it pulled real hard and the carribeaner sliced it. i think he said it dislocated that finger as well. he had to pop it back in and then ride his ski in (throttle hand)
yeah i would have gone into shock and drowned.

This is definitely a nice one. When it happened, it also dislocated my figure. When I saw it hanging over my ring finger, I told Danny. "your going to have to swim it in, I'm hurt." I could see my bone b/c the water kepted washing the blood away. I grabbed all my fingers and squeezed and it popped back and I could move it. So I said, "I'm good", swam and got my jetski and road it in. Of course we were 100 yards off shore. 10 days the stitches come out. Funny thing is my back hurts ten times worse than my finger. I can barely walk. Must have wrenched it when the ski tried to drag me.
Scott get some riding pics posted. Screw the finger. Waves were awesome yesterday.
Idok- I use big SS Carbiners. 3/8 " ones. It was just a freak thing. Right as I was clipping in on his and wave took mine off. It wasn't breaking it was like mine rode it like a surfboard. Waves were 10' plus yesterday when the sets rolled in.
