I just found out I was banned today too. And for reason of ban it says "none" I'm not sure what I did.

you commited x-h2oicide. and thats punishable by a lifetime banning for no reason. simple enough, i thought.

ive been banned once and will probably be banned again shortly for any given reasons, i am getting tired of the site especially when i reply to a topic then it gets deleted.........btw what happened to the thread about the tubbies that wavedemon started about the tubbies, and i said i need a set to use as a template? its gone now nowhere to be found

i think thats funny as crap but...you can smell the lawyers hanging close to sbt and mentioning anything bad about them (be it true or not) would get a libel case thrown against you...not worth the hassle in my opinion...

I certainly did not intend to get banned......I said nothing on THAT site that was a ban worthy offense. Nosy bastid......read a comment I made over here and banned me. I can deal with a lot of crap and remain civil, but that BS breaks out the dark side. That is quite alright..........time is coming.....

The clarification got deleted, however.
Now, I am not bitching about getting banned, though. It's fine the way things are, because I truly do not care to be associated with a site that has the admin/owner/whatever breaking their own rules on regular basis, bashing members, etc.

Libel case "by" SBT ?
More likley case brought against them for 1st amendment free speech and civil rights violations. There is also the copyright issues of several members requesting their copy and images be removed. SBT's Admin has claimed it all now belongs to them and are refusing to remove it.
I myself have asked in writting for an explanation of why I was not given any warning and was banned permanently and without explanation. I was under the impression from reading one of SBT's Admin's own post that for a first offense you got a temporary ban and then permanent after later problems. I recieved no such "time out".
SBT may own that site but the rights guarenteed us by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights come way before the personal agenda of a small site's admin.
Before someone jumps in here and misconstrues this as a threat or libelous statement towards SBT, let me say this . . . . these are the observations of a private American citizen who knows what his rights are and has been down the road before on issues of First amendment rights.
I have no current intentions to persue this as a legal matter personally at this time, but there may be those who will . . . . . and rightfully so.
I personally believe that laws may have been broken and rights may have been violated . . . . . .that is JMO.
As far as the shirts go . . . . I kinda like:

it's a privatly owned forum. I'm pretty sure they're allowed to do what they want with there memberships. No court is going to care if they break their own rules.
