Again, the link was provided merely for those wishing to further educate themselves on laws, or newly formed laws, governing the internet. My background is legal/accounting, I have no "current knowledge" on the subject referenced; however, law (and law making) always follow the same basic format.

that having been quoted, it is good to always educate yourself before speaking (even though that is not solely what the quote means).
The individual you reference on that site can do what he likes for the most part, but slander or defaming anothers character, always bears the burden of truth on the one speaking.

oh and hey, didn't mean to make anyone scared to post their opinions or facts. So, for example, if the guy over there has a big fat butt that deserves to be on a couch, and you state that he has a big fat butt, as long as you can prove in a court of law he does indeed have a big fat butt, lol, you should be fine. If the guy over there has a medium sized butt, and his attorney can argue the legalities over a medium butt vs a big butt, you may have a problem!:haha: So, in that case, what you might want to say is, "In my opinion, the guy over there has a big fat butt", and you should be fine since you are free to state your opinion vs. fact or lack thereof. Get it? I don't know anything about laws governing the internet, hence the link.
