putting a sj pole on a 750sx

Is it possible to put a rn pole on my 750sx?WHat all do i need to do it?

dont they sell UMI poles for the 750 that look really slick? idk but i would mess with the pole if you want to poop some money you can send me some or find some parts for your 750 instead maybe save up for some footholds? i know it seem like the most bitchen a$$ thing to try to do for your ski but believe me you will wind up with a superjet someday and thats when major looks and mods will matter ive stopped putting money into my 550 because i need to ride it and get better riding then going out not nailing a trick and blaming it on my equipment and what else i can buy.

Yes it is possible, and it is very good modification. Riding position will be much better. I like very much. But if you use stock yamaha steering you had to drill new hole for steering and steering will be very slow. id use shortened kawasaki steering.

You had to made:

Bushes for pole pivot, i dont remember sizes
New stud for steering if you use kawasaki steeringplate or yamaha steering
Bracket for steering cable
you had to cut original sx pole spring and made bend
cut little piece of rn pole, this wont take reliability.

And thats it... I took me about 3 hours to fit rn pole to sx. No hard at all...

Here is a thread I started over a year ago when I was going to put a SJ pole on my 800 SXR. I had purchased a pole on ebay thinking it was Round Nose SuperJet pole, but it turned out to be a FX-1 pole, so I abandoned the project. Hope any of this info helps.

Well I have a broken rn pole on a sn.....but I also have a aluminum 750sx pole setup...
